Good4Spot is a marketplace offering premium extensions and applications for HubSpot. Available products include EZQuote, App4Spot, and other extensions designed to enhance the functionality of your HubSpot portal. Good4Spot is operated by CRP SAS, a company based in France.
Good4Spot provides subscriptions to HubSpot applications according to the terms and conditions outlined below.
To access Good4Spot services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and other necessary information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You commit to notify Good4Spot immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any fraudulent use.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or not. Good4Spot shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Good4Spot offers multiple subscription plans for each application, available in Euros (EUR). Pricing is displayed on the platform and may be changed at any time with 30 days' notice.
Billing Cycles: Subscriptions can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. The following provisions apply:
Trial Periods: Certain plans may offer a free 30-day trial period. Upon expiration of the trial period, your subscription will be converted to a paid subscription according to the agreed terms, unless you cancel it before the trial period ends.
Trial Cancellation: You may cancel your trial at any time, free of charge, before the trial period expires.
Good4Spot subscriptions are tied to specific HubSpot portals. You may subscribe to the same application multiple times for different HubSpot portals that you administer. Each subscription is billed separately according to the associated portal.
You are responsible for managing subscriptions associated with your HubSpot portals. Good4Spot shall not be liable for accidental duplicate subscriptions.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. By accepting these terms, you also accept Stripe's terms of service.
Good4Spot collects and stores your payment information securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. You agree to provide a valid and current payment method to access our paid services.
Failed payments may result in suspension of access to services until the invoice is settled. Payments not made within 14 days of the due date may result in termination of your subscription.
Note: Advanced payment features and full Stripe integration are currently under development and will be deployed in future versions of Good4Spot.
All content, features, software, and materials on Good4Spot (including applications and extensions) are the exclusive property of Good4Spot or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without the prior written permission of Good4Spot.
You retain ownership of your data. By using Good4Spot, you grant us a license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Good4Spot strives to maintain optimal service availability on a best-effort basis. However, Good4Spot does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
Free Plans: No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided for free plans. Good4Spot does not guarantee availability of free plans.
Paid Plans: Paid plans may benefit from enhanced availability at Good4Spot's discretion. Specific availability terms will be communicated separately.
Good4Spot reserves the right to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or modify services without notice.
Good4Spot respects your privacy and processes your data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. For more information about how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You agree that Good4Spot may collect and process data relating to your use of the service for the purposes of service improvement and regulatory compliance.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD4SPOT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF GOOD4SPOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Good4Spot's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount of payments made by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, Good4Spot's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account or contacting support@good4spot.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for fees already incurred.
Termination by Good4Spot: Good4Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms or use the services abusively. You will be notified by email of the termination and the reasons for it, if applicable.
In case of non-payment or violation of these terms, Good4Spot may immediately terminate your access to paid services without penalty.
Good4Spot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service following the posting of modifications signifies that you accept the modified terms.
If you do not accept the modifications, you may cancel your subscription within 30 days of the notification of changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic, regardless of its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Paris, France.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts to resolve any dispute.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Good4Spot concerning the use of the services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
You agree that Good4Spot may assign or transfer these terms and all associated rights without your prior consent.
